Step1 – filling a short questionaire
Process starts with you filling a short preliminary client questionaire which will take 3-4 minutes of your time. Simply click on this link and spend couple of minutes to fill it on your own time. When you submit, Rohit will review it and email to set up time to chat over phone.
Step2 – follow up conversations
We will have honest chat over phone with you. We will also try to clearly answer any questions you might have. We will provide you with our Form ADV Part II during our initial conversations as more background. We strongly suggest that you take 2-3 days after our conversation to think over. It’s about your financial future and you should take your time. We don’t want you to make a snap decision. If you still have any follow up questions, feel free to call or email.
Final steps – we decided to work together
If you already had communications with us, comfortable with our investment strategy and choose to work with us then we will send you the agreement to review and sign electronically. Once agreement is done, you will receive invitation to fill sign up form. Form is encrypted for your protection and data entered on the form is stored with independent custodian.
Essentially you are opening an account at an independent custodian by filling this secured form and ChainStreet Capital will have the access to manage the account for you. We will also send you the instructions for how to fund the account. We do not disclose any non-public information about our customers or former customers to anyone, without their consent, except as permitted by law or as required by our regulatory authorities.
There is absolutely no pressure or obligation after our chat. It will do us no good to be together if we can’t provide the services you want. If we decide to move forward, we will work with you to open a new brokerage account or transfer an existing account to an independent custodian. We will only have the authority to perform transactions in your account and request independent custodian to deduct our fees from your account. Having independent custodian ensures that we can’t transfer or move your money.
